Headquartered in San Francisco, we are a data-intensive, AI-augmented, two-sided marketplace platform that connects specialized experts with organizations needing help on high-impact, niche problems! Due to growth and demand for our services, we are urgently looking for product-minded full‑stack engineers who can own critical product surfaces end to end. The ideal candidate has a strong track record at high-caliber startups or top engineering organizations, paired with excellent product sense, clear communication, and a bias toward autonomy and shipping.

• 4+ years as a software engineer with a track record of owning and delivering end‑to‑end products that directly impacted customers and revenue.
• Experience at strong early‑stage startups (Seed‑Series B) or at later‑stage companies known for excellent engineering and product cultures.
• Solid computer science fundamentals; a degree from a top‑30 CS program is preferred.
• Full‑stack builder comfortable across frontend and backend; experience with Type Script, React, and Postgres is a plus but not required.
• Strong product sense, scrappy and high‑ownership mindset, and ability to operate autonomously while collaborating closely with founders, product, and recruiting leaders.
• Clear, concise communicator who’s genuinely excited about marketplaces, talent, and the future of recruiting.

• Salary: $130-250K, depending on experience, with competitive equity.
