As a Frontend Software Engineer, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of projects that power workflows for AI companies and global hiring. You will:

• Design, build, and scale production-grade frontend systems and applications.
• Partner with Product and Design to create intuitive, seamless user experiences.
• Own architectural and design decisions impacting core platform workflows.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ship features quickly and reliably.
• Anticipate technical bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive reliability improvements.
• Help mentor teammates and contribute to shaping engineering culture.
• Depending on team alignment, you may focus on:
  • Talent Platform – building tools that automate recruiting end-to-end, matching candidates to roles, and enabling global hiring with seamless contracts and payments.
  • Applied AI / Human Data – partnering with top AI labs to create post-training datasets and improve foundational model capabilities.

• Strong coding fundamentals in JavaScript/Type Script and experience with React or other modern frameworks.
• Experience shipping frontend systems at scale in high-growth or high-stakes environments.
• Understanding of frontend performance, optimization, and scalability.
• Ability to reason about trade-offs between speed, quality, and reliability.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and product.
• Bias toward ownership, curiosity, and pragmatic solutions.

• Salary: $130,000 – $500,000 base + generous equity grants (vested over 4 years)
• Relocation Bonus: $20,000 (if moving to the Bay Area)
