Lead Software Engineer - MeshMesh

The Mesh Mesh Engineering team is building the infrastructure backbone for our next-generation mesh networking platform. As a Dev Ops & Infra Engineer, you will own the CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability systems that let the team ship fast and reliably.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support rapid, reliable releases.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling to catch issues before customers do.
• Partner with engineers across the team to remove deployment friction and improve system reliability.

• You have 4-8 years of experience.
• You have hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• You have experience running production systems in a public cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• You are skilled in scripting and automation (e.g. Python, Bash, Go).
• You have experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• You are an Agentic Engineer - you build with Claude and similar AI coding tools, using agent loops, tool use, and well-grounded context engineering to ship code fast.

• You have experience with container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).
• You have worked on infrastructure for a networking or IoT platform.
