Software Engineer - Full Stack; Senior

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who excels in front-end development and has practical knowledge of backend systems. As a Senior full stack web developer, you'd be responsible for ensuring that our applications are usable, well-engineered, performant, and thoughtfully written. • Develop real-time, dynamic web front-ends for our conversational AI applications, employing the latest in ReactJS, Type Script, Material UI, GraphQL, and Web Sockets.
• Lead UX/UI design initiatives, from conceptual workflows to high-fidelity product designs, ensuring our solutions are aligned with user needs.
• Analyze user behavior to optimize UX flows (we’re very focused on user efficiency with our frontend)
• Collaborate on backend development, enhancing APIs and database schemas in partnership with backend engineers to build sophisticated business logic.
• Serve as a mentor to junior engineers, guiding their development and fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative growth.

• Has 2+ years of ReactJS, and 5+ years of JavaScript experience.
• Has 1+ years of GraphQL Experience.
• Has 7 to 10+ years of experience - including experience as a TL, or project managing multiple contributors to deliver new features.
• Has familiarity with our backend stack, which includes Golang, Firestore, PostgreSQL, Big Query, Pub/Sub, and other GCP services, with consideration for candidates who have experience with similar or equivalent technologies.
• Has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.

• Knowledge of Google Cloud platform.
• Experience at an early-stage startup.
• Experience testing web applications with frameworks such as Cypress.
• Skilled in optimizing React frontends for enhanced performance and user experience.
