Full-Stack Engineer

Work across the entire Avala product surface — from the Flutter web application and annotation tools to the Django API and React marketing sites. You'll ship user-facing features end-to-end, from database schema to polished UI.

What You'll Do:

• Build features across the Flutter web application (Mission Control) — dataset management, project workflows, annotation tools
• Implement Django API endpoints and Celery tasks to support new product features
• Develop and maintain React/Next.js sites (marketing, learning, investor portal)
• Build SDK features and developer-facing tools (Python SDK, Type Script SDK, MCP server)
• Collaborate with design and product to ship polished, accessible user experiences
• Write tests and maintain code quality across Flutter, Python, and Type Script codebases

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Proficiency in at least two of:
  Flutter/Dart, Python/Django, Type Script/React
• Experience building production web applications with modern frameworks
• Comfort working across frontend and backend boundaries
• Strong product sense — you care about the end-user experience, not just the code

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Flutter for web (WASM compilation)
• Familiarity with BLoC state management or similar reactive patterns
• Experience building developer tools or SDKs
