This company offers a web data API that transforms any URL into clean, LLM-ready markdown or structured data, addressing a common challenge faced by those building with LLMs. The company achieved eight figures in ARR in its first year and doubled it in the second year. It has gained significant traction, with over 180,000 Git Hub stars, ranking among the top 50 repositories of all time.

The team is small but impactful, working from their headquarters in San Francisco and a new hub in Toronto.

As a Senior Growth Engineer, you will be responsible for writing the code that enhances the developer experience with the company's product. This full-stack role focuses on growth, managing the signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion processes. You will be measured by the metrics you influence rather than the features you deliver. Reporting to the VP of Revenue and Success, you will have ownership of real conversion outcomes from day one.

• Own the growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion
• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship the changes that move real metrics
• Build full-stack, from the frontend a developer first touches to the backend that powers it
• Treat conversion and activation as your number. You own it, measure it, and move it
• Work close to the data: form hypotheses, test them, and iterate fast on what works

• Strong full-stack engineer with experience in growth or PLG products
• Proven track record of owning and moving conversion, activation, or funnel metrics
• Scientific approach to problem-solving: hypothesis, experiment, measure, iterate
• Experience in startups or smaller organizations, not just large companies
• Familiarity with developer-facing products and how developers adopt tools
• Long-term commitment to projects, avoiding short stints
• Bonus for experience with the company's tech stack or LLMs in production

• You are a growth marketer rather than an engineer
• You are a backend engineer uninterested in product surfaces or metrics
• You have a history of short stints without seeing projects through
