Forward Deployed Engineer

San Francisco, with travel to customer sites Full-time

Take Titanio live inside a distributor's ERP, then stay on the account until the orders are flowing.

• Map a distributor's catalog, price lists, and account records onto Titanio, and keep them in sync with Epicor, SAP, Dynamics, Net Suite, or Infor.
• Write the integration code. Every ERP has been bent to fit the business that runs it, so each one takes real engineering.
• Sit with the counter and the reps in their first week, watch where the AI gets it wrong, and fix it before they lose patience.
• Turn what each deployment teaches you into product, so the next one takes days instead of weeks.

• You have shipped integrations against systems you did not control, and you read someone else's schema without complaining about it.
• You work in Type Script or Python, and you pick up whichever one the account needs.
• You are comfortable in a warehouse and on a call with an owner. The job is half code, half customer.
• You work in Spanish and English. A good part of our customers run their operation in Spanish.
