Activation is the foundation Live Ramp is built on: the rails that move petabytes of audience data, every day, safely and reliably, into hundreds of media, cloud, and measurement destinations — OpenAI, Meta, Google, Amazon, The Trade Desk, Tik Tok, and beyond. Nearly every other product at Live Ramp, including our AI and agentic capabilities, depends on this pipeline to deliver value downstream.
It's market-leading, and it's the single biggest driver of the company's revenue.
We're hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to own it outright: three teams, 20-25 engineers across the US and India, and a clear mandate to modernize the platform — migrating to Temporal, building self-service, and bringing AI-driven workflows to a system already running at massive scale.
Your team will:Activation Backend runs the distribution, matching, and refresh pipelines that move > 5 petabytes of audience data to destinations every day.
Integration Core builds the shared integration platform, quality tooling, and Conversions API framework that every destination is built on. It leads the hardest partner API migrations.
Integration Feature builds and maintains the individual destination integrations, from the largest walled gardens to emerging channels.
Together they solve hard problems in throughput, deduplication, partner API compliance, PII and identity-based activation, observability, and cost. They are the front line when a delivery or partner issue affects a customer.
