The role
Build the systems behind Cow Cow Sync and our data platform. We are a small startup — you will own large surfaces, move fast, and make product calls with the founders.
What you'll do- Ship product features across web, APIs, and sync infrastructure
- Take fuzzy problems and turn them into working software quickly
- Keep things simple: fewer abstractions, more shipped outcomes
- Wear multiple hats when the company needs it
- Builder energy — you like finishing things people can use
- Strong coding instincts in at least one of Type Script, Python, Rust, or C++
- You have owned a project from zero to working in the wild
- Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage pace
- Distributed systems, sync, or edge/cloud work
- Interest in AV, robotics, or infrastructure for physical AI
- Meaningful equity at an early stage
- High trust, high ownership
- Flexible work, small team
