About This RoleWe’re hiring a Product Manager (5+ years) to take AI agents from 0→1 and ship production‑grade healthcare systems with engineering and design. Bonus points for AI agent experience or Python/Type Script fluency.
Responsibilities- Lead the development of new AI products and features from concept to launch, working directly with the CEO.
- Take ownership of the product roadmap for AI agents, translating customer needs into actionable engineering work.
- Work closely with customers to understand their workflows, design and present demos, and serve as a strategic advisor on their AI strategy.
- Define requirements and prioritize features for new capabilities such as proactive patient outreach, agent memory, and omnichannel support (chatbots, two‑way texting).
- Lead the charge on new 0→1 product work streams, including referral orchestration and document processing platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations to ensure we’re building the right capabilities to support our rapid growth.
- Engage with healthcare professionals to tailor software solutions that meet real‑world needs and prioritize rapid development and deployment.
- Develop scalable software solutions that comply with HIPAA and other security standards.
- 5+ years of experience as a PM shipping technical products.
- Bonus: expertise in AI agents, Python, or Type Script.
Salary: $175K - $245K per year.
