Our client is a software company.## The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead a hands-on engineering team building AI-driven product features, setting technical direction, reviewing designs and contributing code while managing and growing the engineers on the team.## What you'll do
* ** Lead an engineering team

* Write code and contribute directly to the team's hands-on work.
* ** Manage engineers**, set a high bar for quality and support their growth.
* Recruit strong engineering talent to the team.## What we're looking for
* Strong Type Script skills, with front-end and database experience.
* Recent hands-on background, from the past few years, building AI-powered software beyond casual use of such tools.
* Experience managing
** teams of 3 to 15 individual contributor engineers**.
* Prior time at a rapidly expanding young company, ideally one in its later growth years.## Bonus points
* Comfortable working in Python.
* Formal training in a technical discipline such as computing or engineering.## Benefits
