Every strategy shows exactly how it is built. We are a small team in San Francisco. Our customers are people like us- engineers, product managers and leaders who invest their own money.

• Design low-latency services for market data and order flow.
• Profile, measure and remove the slowest path, release after release.
• Set the engineering bar through design reviews and code.

• 10+ years in software, with high-performance or low-latency systems in production.
• Expert in at least one of C++, Rust, Go or Java, plus Python.
• Systems you built that are measured in microseconds or millions of events.

• You work, or have worked, in fintech, wealth management, brokerage or trading.
• You invest your own money and have used Wealthfront, Betterment, Robinhood or similar, and wanted more control than they give you.
• Trading, exchange or market-data infrastructure experience.
