Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, AI Engineer (Applied​/Software)

Join the engineering team at an applied AI research company building systems for AI training and evaluation. You will own projects across research infrastructure, full-stack products, and human-in-the-loop platforms.

• Design and build scalable reinforcement learning environments, APIs, and human-in-the-loop platforms.
• Prototype systems informed by research and deploy distributed experiments on Kubernetes.
• Build and improve dashboards and data pipelines for evaluation and analytics.
• Collaborate with research, product, and design to ship features quickly.
• Write maintainable code and documentation, and contribute to code reviews and design discussions.
• Address infrastructure reliability and scalability challenges.

• Two to five years of full-stack software engineering experience, with end-to-end ownership of a product or substantial project.
• Hands-on backend or core infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience building with Next.js or React, Node.js or Python, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch is useful.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience working in a high-growth technology environment.
• Experience with AI training data, evaluation, reinforcement learning, or collaborating with AI researchers is relevant.

Base salary is $260,000 to $290,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
