CompensationAs a Revenue Operations Engineer at vCluster Labs, you aren't just keeping the CRM tidy; you are building the automated engine that tells our sellers which accounts matter and why. You will design Clay pipelines, enrichment workflows, and AI agents that surface the right accounts to sales and SDRs, and you will make sure they keep working long after launch. You own the GTM stack for our EMEA team, from Salesforce workflows to the integrations that tie Hub Spot, Notion, and Slack together.
As a Revenue Operations Engineer, your role will include:
Account intelligence and enrichment: You will build and extend Clay tables, enrichment, and discovery pipelines that find new accounts and surface the right ones to sales and SDRs. You will push the tool well past its current setup and get the full value out of it.
AI agents and automation: You will turn manual GTM workflows into automated ones using agents in Clay, Salesforce, and Claude. You build them to run end to end and stay useful, not to demo once and break a month later.
Data quality that stays clean: You will design repeatable processes that keep account and contact data accurate over time. When a cleanup happens, it happens once, and the workflow behind it prevents the mess from coming back.
Scoring and top-of-funnel signals: You will own account and MQL funnel scoring and the signal workflows that route intent to the right seller at the right time.
Systems and integrations: You will build Salesforce workflows and maintain integrations across Salesforce, Hub Spot, Momentum, Chili Piper, Notion, and Slack. When a new tool or feature beats what we built six months ago, you will make the call to replace it.
EMEA Rev Ops support: You will own the Rev Ops ticket queue during EMEA hours, partnering with our US-based Rev Ops teammate for follow-the-sun coverage. That includes helping reps with live opportunity questions, not only systems work.
This role could be a fit for you if you bring:
Hands-on Clay experience: You have built Clay tables, enrichment waterfalls, and pipelines yourself, and can explain what you would build next.
Salesforce depth: You can build Salesforce flows and automation, not just run reports. Hub Spot fluency is expected alongside it.
AI-forward building: You have built AI agents or automations that run in production, using tools like Claude, Clay agents, or Salesforce automation, and you can show what they do today.
Systems thinking for GTM: You understand how scoring, routing, enrichment, and CRM hygiene connect, and you design for the whole loop rather than one fix.
EMEA-based and self-directed: You are based in EMEA, comfortable owning a queue without a teammate in your time zone, and you decide what to fix next without waiting to be told.
Salesforce Admin certification: Or equivalent admin-level experience owning an org.
Code and CLI comfort: Experience with scripting, APIs, the Claude CLI, or MCP integrations.
Startup scaling experience: You have helped a company grow from Series A toward later stage and built the systems that growth needed.
Advanced Clay or Anthropic tooling: You are the person others ask when they want to know what Clay or Claude can actually do.

Our headquarters are in San Francisco (Salesforce Tower), but our team is distributed around the globe with a remote-first culture.
We give AI Cloud providers and AI factories a hyperscaler-like experience on their own GPU infrastructure.
