Job Description We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices and a proven ability to design, build, and scale performant services that meet business objectives. Responsibilities:
Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications. Apply modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and guide the team, and take responsibility for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Analyze complex problems and develop solutions that improve performance and scalability.

Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing development processes and quality standards. Coordinate regular sync ups with offshore team members to co-own and drive deliverables. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Ability to design and implement robust, scalable services and APIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with collaborative teamwork. 6+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. Preferred

Skills:
