Job SummaryPersonal Trainers are expected to listen and understand what their clients are seeking during a private lesson or over a series of sessions. We are actively looking for a top‑tier coach who can consistently deliver a transformative experience to their clients.
Job Responsibilities- Create and maintain a list of clients
- Respond to inquiries and schedule sessions independently that meet the clients' criteria by email, phone, or in person.
- Monitor clients' energy levels and support the athlete while promoting our core values.
- Be a fitness resource for the facility.
- Develop training plans for a broad range of clients.
- Present a plan for how that session or a series of sessions could progress over time.
- Instruct and demonstrate to members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds.
- Provide a transformable experience for the client.
- Contribute to the overall vision of Movement fitness programs.
- Embodies Movement's Core Values and fosters a positive culture in our community.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Trainer (preferred).
- RKC, FMS, FRC, and CSCS certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic team‑oriented environment.
- Solid computer skills (Web based applications, Word, Excel, POS applications).
- Experience training for climbing is a plus.
This is a part‑time hourly position with a starting pay range of $21.33 to $24 depending on the evaluation of your trainer skill set.
