Air Import​/Export Specialist

Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Air Import or Export Specialist to join the thriving operations team of a Top 10 Global Freight Forwarder in the San Francisco area. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end international air freight shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for Air Freight Coordinators, Specialists, or Operations Agents looking to advance their careers with a highly reputable logistics organization.

• Minimum 1 year of Air Import and/or Air Export experience within a freight forwarding environment
• Proficiency with freight forwarding tools such as Cargo Wise, SAP, AS400
  , or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of U.S. Customs
  , TSA
  , security protocols, and other air import/export regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A strong work ethic with a sense of ownership, accountability, and independence

You will receive a clear and structured development path, with the potential to progress into a lead or supervisory role within 12–18 months
