Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Cabin Cleaning Agent to join our ground operations team at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). In this role, you will be responsible for performing functions necessary to provide a comfortable passenger experience and to turn aircraft on‑time, with a focus on safety and service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform fleet functions and other servicing (e.g., cabin and overnight cleaning, lavatory, water)
- Maintain work areas and ensure the proper care of equipment
- Perform facility cleaning and janitorial services
- Work outdoors with exposure to the elements and high noise levels for eight hours or more per work day.
- Must demonstrate safe work habits at all times
- Ability to work at a constant and quick pace for up to two consecutive hours
- Flexibility to work varied shifts; weekends and holidays
- Reliable and good attendance and punctuality
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with others
- Ability to perform work according to set procedures
- Ability to anticipate needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to understand and interpret flight schedules and airline flight destination information
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance including background criminal history check, drug screen and fingerprinting required by specific work assignment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to give/receive oral instructions in English
- Working a constant and quick pace for up to two consecutive hours
- Able to work varied shifts; weekends and holidays
- Obtaining and maintaining an airport security clearance, customs seal, and/or USPS security clearance including background criminal history check, drug screen, and fingerprinting (required)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with others
- Understanding and ability to utilize electronic tools to interpret flight schedules and airline flight destination information
- Ability to give/receive oral instructions in English
- Lifting up to 75 pounds on a論頻 basis
- High school diploma or equivalent Spezialität

- Must have a valid driver's license and one of the following documents to be qualified for this position.
- Original or certified copy of a birth certificate

Employees will be required to obtain a SIDA badge provided by the airport authority and maintain good standing in order to keep their SIDA badge. Review the SIDA Badge Requirements document for a comprehensive overview.
- This position requires significant physical agility and physical mobility.
- Must comfortably, frequently, continuously, and within short timelines: lift, carry, and move heavy items; work in cramped or high places; climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop for extended periods of time; carry heavy items up and down stairs; push/pull loaded and empty carts; and stand for extended periods.
Union Information:
This position is part of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Per the CBA, work schedules are awarded based on seniority. New hires are awarded their initial shift based on operational need. Therefore, the company cannot guarantee certain days off.
$24.06/hr
