Position:Executive Assistant to CEO
We’re looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to assist our CEO with daily operations, cross-department communication, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and track project progress across departments
- Coordinate internal communication, prepare meeting notes and reports
- Participate in restaurant visits and monitor execution quality
- Support the CEO with ad-hoc projects and special initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, Communication, Management preferred)
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Language: English & Chinese required
- OPT/CPT/H1B supported; PERM opportunity available
- Direct mentorship from senior management
- Exposure to multi-brand restaurant operations
- Career growth and cross-department development opportunities
