Immigration Paralegal; Chinese Bilingual

We will provide you with a full range of customized consulting services to understand client’s needs and design the most suitable plan for clients through one-on-one VIP service that guarantees a clear and smooth petition process and content.

• Process and file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. Understanding clients’ immigration needs, backgrounds, and conditions; accurately evaluating clients’ needs, and designing one-on-one immigration plans for each client.
• Keep clients apprised of the progress of their cases over the phone or in person.
• Oversee consultation and administration of U.S. employment-based and investment immigration cases, including EB-1A, NIW, EB-5, and other nonimmigrant visas such as E-2 and L-1 visa applications.
• Research and apply USCIS policies and procedures, as well as immigration category-specific relevant statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
• Draft and translate contracts/other legal documents to ensure they comply with federal and state regulations.

• 1-2 years of experience in EB1-A, L1, EB-5, and O1 visa
• Experience or knowledge in contract law is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Chinese and English highly preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
