Dishwasher

• To provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff. Responsible for washing and cleaning all sauce dishes, pots, utensils and cooking equipment.
• General kitchen duties including stocking inventory, cleaning equipment, placing clean items to storage areas and general maintenance of the kitchen area.
• Set up dish stations according to BP’s guidelines and standards.
• Ensure all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage area.
• Assume 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware.
• Keep dish room clean and organized.
• General housekeeping as needed, including receiving and storing supplies, sweeping floors, cleaning trash cans and removing trash when needed, replenishing supplies when stock is low.
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
• Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct.

• 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment, specifically as a dishwasher.
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules.
• High School diploma preferred.
• All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process.

• Ability to continuously stand or walk.
• Ability to bend and lift frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to squat occasionally.

• Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment.
• May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment.
• May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces.
• Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
