Position: RV Parts Counterperson Airstream Los Angeles

Airstream Los Angeles is seeking an RV Parts Counterperson eager to work in a growing industry with some of America's most iconic trailers.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CDK software
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information
  • Professional appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet company standards for production and quality

Physical Requirements

  • Indoor work in air-conditioned environments
  • Sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, and stooping regularly
  • Kneeling and squatting regularly
  • Occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs
  • Reaching overhead regularly
  • Climbing stairs
  • Repetitive hand and finger movements
  • Grasping, pushing, and pulling regularly

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Gain knowledge of parts history and inventory
  • Collaborate with the parts manager to meet sales and profitability goals
  • Handle multiple customers efficiently
  • Maintain customer mailing lists
  • Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories, promoting specials and new merchandise
  • Handle telephone transactions courteously
  • Address customer complaints empathetically
  • Ensure accurate cash register transactions
  • Verify and record merchandise upon receipt
  • Maintain attractive and stocked merchandise displays
  • Familiarize with necessary computer systems
  • Conduct periodic physical inventories
