Sales Consultant – Victra (Verizon Authorized Retailer)

We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to every guest. As the face of Victra, you will manage the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most.

  • Average annual salary $40,000–$64,000 (base + commission) with guaranteed ramp‑up rate for first 60 days.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak seasons (Nov–Dec).
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
Training & Development

All Sales Consultants complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of start date, which may include overnight travel. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
