Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

We are looking for a full‑time Accountant based in San Jose.

• Manage accounts payable. Ensure bills are paid on time and accurately.
• Record financial transactions in accordance with US GAAP.
• Assist in monthly and annual closings. Post journal entries for financial adjustment and accruals.
• Assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Assist in monthly financial data analysis and yearly corporate budget planning.
• Cooperate with external auditor and CPA to complete audit, tax returns and other annual tax forms.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with Net Suite (a plus).
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work cross‑functionally.
• Can sponsor various visa types.
• Mandarin is preferred.

Salary range: $80,000 - $125,000 per year for this level. Eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
