- Advise clients on a full spectrum of tax services including planning, research, compliance, general mergers and acquisitions activities and transfer pricing
- Analyze data and prepare work papers and tax returns based on professional standards for various entities and individuals
- Expert in review
- Prepare tax projections and assist with tax planning and consulting functions of clients
- Identify and research various tax issues
- Proactively work with staff, seniors, managers and partners
- Supervise and train staff and teams for various client projects
- Occasional travel for Staff retreats, client meetings, and continuing education
