• Process payroll accurately for multiple clients.
• Perform comprehensive bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage general ledger entries using Quick Books or Xero.
• Prepare financial statements for internal review.
• Assist with the compilation of year-end tax documents.
• Maintain organized and secure digital financial records.
• Generate regular reports on client financial performance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts.
• Ensure adherence to established accounting principles.
• Communicate financial updates to team members as needed.

• Intermediate experience in bookkeeping roles.
• Proficiency in payroll processing procedures.
• Demonstrated skill in account reconciliation.
• Experience with Quick Books or Xero accounting software.
• Ability to support tax preparation activities.
