Senior Accountant/Tax Manager??

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant/Tax Manager to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the month-end close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities?
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules?
• Analyze financial statements and investigate variances?
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies?
• Assist with external audits and tax reporting requirements?
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity?
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives?
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls?
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support business operations?
• Assist with special projects and adhoc financial analyses?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• CPA certification or CPA candidacy
• Experience in a high‑growth or multi‑entity environment
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance

SALARY: $130-$180k+ bonus DOE
