Stress Free Auto Care is redefining the auto repair experience by delivering exceptional service with honesty, transparency, and convenience. Our mission is simple: make auto care a stress-free, trustworthy experience for everyone. We are expanding from 22 locations to 45+ locations through 2026 and seek experienced automotive technicians to join our growing team.

We are looking for experienced automotive technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

As a technician here, you’ll diagnose and repair a variety of systems, work closely with a dedicated team, and engage with customers to provide high-quality, transparent service. We’re committed to ensuring that every employee has the resources and support to thrive.

• SMOG Inspection Cert - $3000
• A Tech - $24K (Paid over 12 months)
• B Tech - $18K (Paid over 12 months)
• C Tech/Tire Tech - $10K (Paid over 12 months)

• A Level: 7-10+ years of experience — $60-$75/hr + performance bonus
• B Level: 2-7 years of experience — $35-$45/hr + performance bonus
• C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience — $25-$32/hr + performance bonus
