We’re hiring a Sales Operations Manager who is a critical member of the sales operations department and directly responsible for order management and inventory. The ideal candidate must be a very strong business process-oriented person and act as a partner to peer functions, such as sales, account teams, operations, finance and service.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client delivery and order management issues, ensuring fast, pragmatic resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness.
- Align customer demand signals with internal ERP systems to ensure accurate forecasting and seamless execution.
- Lead a high-performing customer service team, setting goals and driving development.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and soft inventory processes, ensuring continuity of supply.
- Present executive-level reports and insights to both internal leadership and client teams.
- Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements across a globally matrixed organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex reports and performance metrics.
- Proven success in operations, inventory management, and team leadership.
- Experience managing large, global accounts—ideally in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong background in business process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
