• Lead IFRS S1/S2 gap assessments and develop comprehensive roadmaps for clients
• Project lead for climate-related risk and opportunity assessments aligned with IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards
• Develop investor-focused sustainability disclosures and ESG notes to financial statements
• Support clients in ISSB readiness and implementation

• Conduct physical and transition risk scenario analyses
• Quantify financial implications of climate-related and sustainability risks and opportunities
• Integrate climate and sustainability considerations into financial statements and governance frameworks
• Develop monitoring tools and metrics for ESG-accounting integration

• Perform double materiality assessments (ESRS, ISSB, GRI standards)
• Assess both impact and financial materiality
• Develop sustainability strategies and recommendations based on materiality findings
• Support stakeholder engagement and analysis

• Formulate decarbonization pathways and net zero target achievement strategies
• Estimate marginal abatement costs and reduction potential
• Ensure alignment with GHG Protocol and Science Based Target Initiatives (SBTi)

• Advise clients on ESG ratings (SET ESG rating, FTSE Russell, DJSI, VRF, IR, SASB)
• Develop comprehensive ESG rating frameworks and tools
• Provide benchmarking analysis against industry standards

• Perform sustainability assurance in accordance with ISAE
  3000
• Verify social and environmental dimensions of sustainability reporting
• Support assurance readiness assessments

• Manage client relationships and lead project delivery
• Serve as subject matter expert on IFRS S1/S2 and ESG-accounting integration
• Present at firm and public events on sustainability disclosure standards and best practices
• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge development within the team

• Support and mentor junior team members on technical sustainability topics
• Contribute to quality assurance and methodology development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with audit, assurance, and advisory teams
