What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Build and deepen executive‑level relationships with indirect partners nationwide

• Coach and develop a high‑performing team of Directors, maintaining a clear performance culture

• Align the organization to sales targets, KPIs, and execution plans to drive performance

• Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted programs that enhance partner productivity

• Utilize forecasting and performance reporting to inform strategic decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 10 years leading leaders and building high‑performing Bowling swivel sales organizations

Proven track record of meeting quotas and KPIs through effective execution

• Strong foundation in telecom and business solutions, including product knowledge and market dynamics

• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust quickly

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Extensive experience driving results through indirect/channel partners

• Strong understanding of partner economics and go‑to‑market strategies

• Ability to make strategic decisions based on data and business needs

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment

• Familiarity with the Net Promoter System and customer experience best practices
