The Picking Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily activities for Arista DOF picking functions required to fulfill Arista’s orders, managing all aspects of picking a minimum of 32k items per week or 5.3k items per day, verifying and recording information related to transactions from stockroom or receiving to WIP, and providing leadership to picking personnel.

• Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: pulling materials from stockroom or receiving area while ensuring all system transactions in Arista’s (Net Suite) and Sanmina’s (Oracle) ERPs are properly executed.
• Ensure materials are adequately handled while delivered to WIP for usage.
• Ensure the packaging of goods delivered to the floor is in conformance with Arista’s specifications, identifying and flagging discrepancies for resolution during WIP processing.
• Work with Stockroom Supervisor and CC lead to define the best processes to accelerate materials picking and assure accurate counting while picking when required by CC process.
• Ensure the security, accuracy, and accountability of materials transacted under inventory control policies.
• Establish and modify operational methods and procedures.
• Maintain documentation to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of department activities.
• Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Oversee the staff in physical or administrative tasks involved in the picking process to fulfill DOF orders.
• Work with personnel to ensure facility policies including quality, safety, conduct and attendance are followed.
• Ensure the process is within required controls.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience managing processes and people on key warehouse flow functions (materials handling, receiving, MRB, stockroom, inventory control, shipping).
• Proficiency with ERP (Oracle, Net Suite or SAP), Microsoft Office;
  Google Suite desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisor experience.
• Crating and over packing experience preferred.
• Fed Ex, UPS, international shipments, and commercial invoices experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team player with ability to interact with multiple groups internal and external customers.
• Flexibility with schedule changes and willingness to work extended hours when required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Salary Range (annual): $70,304 - $80,000
