Project Manager, Business Analyst, Operations Management

Cisco is seeking a Project Manager to support a Business Architecture Services organization within a leading enterprise technology company. This individual will help drive strategic business initiatives, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and bring structure, organization, and accountability to a variety of operational and business transformation efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution.

This role is well-suited for candidates with backgrounds in consulting, business operations, project management, business analysis, or professional services. This is an opportunity to work closely with leadership while supporting initiatives that impact business processes, organizational effectiveness, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

• 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, consulting, business operations, business analysis, or program support
• Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  -Demonstrated ability to organize ambiguous projects and drive execution
• Previous experience in consulting, professional services, or business transformation environments
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Service Now, SAP, Workday, or similar enterprise platforms
