Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong business analysis skills, an understanding of AI/GenAI use cases, and experience working in a Partner/Channel domain. The candidate will work with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate AI/GenAI use cases that can improve business processes and customer/partner experiences.
- Translate business problems into clear functional requirements and AI solution opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Understand partner business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Support prioritization, UAT, testing, and solution validation.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and business use cases.
- Experience identifying opportunities where AI can improve business processes.
- Strong experience in Partner/Channel domain.
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to work effectively with Product, Data, Engineering, and AI teams.
