Job Details- Manage project teams/multiple subcontractors, oversee master schedules/look aheads, project coordination/planning/logistics, ensure specs/timelines/quality/safety/profits, progress reports, cost control, job meetings, and resolve issues
- Project focus are jobs under $50M each
- 3+ years as Superintendent at a General Contractor
- Extensive experience with commercial TI, science/technology, and/or healthcare projects
- Working experience with MS Project/Office and Procore
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Employment longevity/stability
Must pass background check
