Sr. Project Manager, General Contractor

$200000 - $230000 per year | San Jose, CA | On-site | Permanent

• Base Salary: $200K-$230K DOE
• Bonus of up to 100% of base salary with project profitability-based formula on a tiered structure
• Additional discretionary bonus

• Manage/lead project teams
• Lead pricing, value engineering, site selection investigations, and building assessments
• Develop site logistics plans and create detailed schedules in conjunction with Superintendents
• Establish/maintain client, subcontractor, and industry relationships
• Oversee procurement, cost, and change management
• Lead weekly project meetings with client and subs
• Manage punch list and oversee project closeout
• Manage all aspects of project accounting, financial projections, and reporting
• Project focus is work under $50M each

• 7+ years of project management experience at a general contractor
• Extensive experience with commercial TI, life science, biotech, healthcare, or pharmaceutical projects
• Strong communication skills while being a go-getter/driven
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software (Procore), Estimating Software (Bluebeam), and Scheduling Software (MS Project)
• Prefer experience managing multiple projects at once
• Employment longevity/stability
• Must pass background check
