  • Interpret and work from construction drawings, plans, specifications, and equipment installation requirements.
  • Coordinate work activities with the Superintendent, other trades, subcontractors, inspectors, and project management to maintain proper construction sequencing and workflow.
  • Monitor crew productivity, workmanship, material usage, and job progress to help maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot field issues, installation conflicts, and constructability concerns, communicating resolutions and potential impacts to the Superintendent.
  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with company safety policies, applicable regulations, and project-specific safety requirements.
  • Coordinate equipment, tools, materials, and manpower needed to complete assigned work.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area.
  • Communicate daily progress, delays, material needs, and field conditions to the Superintendent.
  • Required operation of company trucks or vehicles.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman or in a comparable mechanical construction leadership role.
  • Extensive experience working on wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.
  • Demonstrated experience working on water and/or wastewater treatment facilities or related infrastructure projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of pumps, piping systems, valves, fittings, and associated mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Experience directing field crews and coordinating mechanical construction activities.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, quality control, and jobsite safety requirements.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
