At Adobe Research, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, working where creativity meets technology. This role is a rare opportunity to translate groundbreaking AI research into multimedia, video, and visual experiences the world can see and understand. You’ll collaborate with research scientists to tell visual stories about their breakthroughs that will shape the narrative about the future of AI, and you will put your visual design and communications skills to work to create engaging web designs, social content, and interactions to draw in new audiences.

• Develop and implement visual communication strategies to promote Adobe’s AI innovation.
• Craft high‑quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, slides, and web content.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and scientists to translate complex technologies into compelling visual narratives.
• Lead the production of executive communications visuals and videos.
• Manage vendors and interns, encouraging a collaborative environment.
• Partner effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of visual campaigns and make data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to Adobe’s brand guidelines and maintains a high standard.

• Proven 8‑10+ years’ experience in visual communications, with a strong portfolio showcasing multimedia content.
• Adept at conveying complex concepts through visual means.
• Able to build and own a vision for communicating our technological achievements to multiple internal and external audiences.
• Driven and committed to telling the stories of researchers and their breakthroughs.
• Proven experience in science communications.
• Proficiency in video production, multimedia creation, graphic and UX/interaction design, and web content development.
• Outstanding communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent leadership skills, and ability to partner and negotiate with stakeholders and customers at all levels.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines in conditions of uncertainty, make decisions quickly, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience and interest in trying new AI technologies, and opinions about how they are useful in the multimedia and video storytelling process.
• A degree or equivalent experience in Communications (especially Science Communications and/or Visual Communications), Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing Communications, or a related field is preferred.

We offer a competitive U.S. pay range of $120,700 – $255,450 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
