Our client, a leading organization in the enterprise communication industry, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team. As a Product Designer, you will be part of the Webex Calling Experiences team supporting complex communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong systems thinking, collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Design end-to-end calling experiences across Webex desktop, web, mobile, and device surfaces. Partner with product managers, engineers, architects, researchers, and other designers to define user flows, interaction models, and implementation-ready designs. Proactively identify opportunities where user needs, product strategy, and platform capabilities intersect, then use design artifacts, prototypes, and storytelling to help the team align on direction. Explore how AI-assisted and agentic workflows can improve real-time communication without adding friction or reducing user trust.

Create prototypes at the right level of fidelity, from quick workflow explorations to polished concepts for stakeholder alignment, usability testing, and engineering handoff.

What's Needed?

Product design, UX design, or equivalent experience designing complex digital products. A portfolio that shows strong systems thinking, interaction design, product judgment, and the ability to simplify complex workflows. Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, collaboration tools, communications platforms, admin tooling, or similarly complex product ecosystems. Strong product intuition and the ability to connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear design direction.

A proactive approach to identifying gaps, framing opportunities, and helping teams make better product decisions before solutions are fully defined.
