We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to work closely with various departments to meet customer requests promptly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process product returns and conduct failure analysis
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Manage daily RMA receiving activities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints in a respectful manner
  • Verify warranties to meet RMA requirements
  • Investigate customer complaints and drive timely resolutions
  • Manage escalations and collaborate with internal teams for solutions
  • Set and meet realistic customer expectations
  • Follow up on RMA backlogs to meet schedules
  • Support parts fulfillment, repair charges, and order confirmation
  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed
  • Qualifications:
    • Associate's degree preferred but not required
    • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or related fields preferred
    • Excellent written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Strong customer service ethic with empathy and ownership
    • Detail-oriented with good time management
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
    • Team player and independent worker
    • Experience in fast-paced environments
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
    • Experience handling small parts components is a plus

    This position requires regular in-office attendance during standard working hours. Candidates should consider commuting distance and be prepared to work at the designated office location.

    Salary Range:

    $21.01 - $28.00 per hour, depending on various factors including location, experience, and skills. Benefits, bonuses, and equity options may also be available.
