Call Center / Dispatch / Reservationist / Scheduler

• Answer customer calls and input ride information using the computerized scheduling system.
• Enter new customer information and changes into the system.
• Data entry into spreadsheets and databases.
• Communicate late vehicle service and verify “No Shows” with customers.
• Resolve service‑related complaints.
• Create daily route maps of reservations for drivers.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years reservationist or customer service experience.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Employee spends long periods sitting, typing, or viewing a computer screen.
• Work environment includes both indoors and outdoors.

• Starting pay: $22.48/hour, progressing to $24.37/hour at 5 years (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement).
• Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 20 years.
• Paid sick leave: 5 days accrued per year.
• Medical, dental, vision benefits available after 60 days, life insurance, 401(k), 10 paid company holidays.
• Benefits subject to Union Collective Bargaining Agreement.

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
