The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience both in person and over the telephone. The Receptionist greets and assists clients and visitors in English and Spanish, provides information and directions as needed, and responds to inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
The Spanish bilingual requirement is being added to the Receptionist position to better meet the communication needs of our diverse and growing client population. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist must be able to provide clear, courteous, and effective assistance in both English and Spanish.
This capability will help reduce language barriers, improve the client experience, and ensure clients can access information and services more effectively. The requirement supports our commitment to providing accessible and responsive service to the communities we serve.
