Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join our growing practice in San Jose, California.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supportive, physician-led group that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and high-quality patient care.

• Fully established interventional spine practice with robust internal referral network
• Modern, state-of-the-art outpatient medical center with strong ancillary and administrative support
• Full-time schedule: 35 patient contact hours per week
• Convenient access to a Sutter Health-affiliated ambulatory surgery center located on campus

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Fellowship training in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred

• Guaranteed salary for the first two years, with production bonus potential
