Eyes On Eyecare is seeking an Associate Optometrist to join our team in Almaden, CA and/or Novato, CA. We use state‑of‑the‑art technology including the Marco digital refracting system and easy‑to‑use electronic records. Our office is equipped with OPTOS, NCT, and well‑trained staff to provide support to all clinicians. Trainees will have the opportunity to practice optometry with full autonomy in a supportive environment that values work‑life balance.

• Perform comprehensive eye exams
• Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
• Prescribe corrective lenses
• Provide pre‑ and post‑operative care to surgical patients
• Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
• Maintain detailed patient records regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress
• Handle eye care emergencies

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Valid state license to practice optometry
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
• Customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
