This is a full‑time position designed for recent graduates and junior‑level professionals who are passionate about education and eager to grow into a future leader in the industry. You will work alongside our Silicon Valley teaching team while also focusing on the operational aspects of our business. No prior teaching experience is required; training and professional growth programs are provided.

• Plan and execute teaching‑related activities
  • Teach short‑term and long‑term group classes in a classroom setting
  • Hold office hours and provide 1‑on‑1 help
  • Grade students’ homework and assignments
• Develop tailored mathematical learning plans for students based on their current abilities and goals, facilitating their enrollment in short‑term or long‑term courses

• Open to all majors – training and professional growth program provided
• Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred
• Previous experience teaching or tutoring students is desirable
• Passionate about the education industry and motivated to inspire students; patient and empathetic
• Excellent organizational skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with other teachers and staff

• Start at $40 per teaching hour + $20 per non‑teaching hour – opportunity to earn up to $90,000 yearly in teaching hours
