Think Academy US () is a recently established education technology company that provides K‑12 extracurricular learning services through science and technology, focusing on fostering students’ critical thinking and logic skills.
About This RoleWe are seeking an Educational Consultant and Math Teacher looking for recent graduates or junior level professionals who are passionate about education and aspire to grow into future leaders in the educational industry.
Responsibilities- Act as an Educational Consultant: address client inquiries about course offerings, schedules, teaching methods, and registration processes.
- Follow up with potential clients who register or inquire via the website, ensuring timely engagement and personalized communication.
- Conduct consultation calls, texts or emails to understand students’ academic goals and recommend appropriate courses.
- Build strong relationships with parents by understanding their children’s academic needs and recommending suitable programs.
- Develop and execute plans to meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets and improve resource conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to provide feedback on lead quality, user needs and messaging effectiveness.
- Analyze personal performance data weekly and adjust communication tactics to exceed enrollment goals.
- Work about 30 hours per week.
- Teach 2–3 elementary level mathematics classes virtually via the Think Academy Teaching Platform.
- Engage and manage an online classroom of up to 18 students.
- Prepare and deliver lessons using the curriculum and teaching guidance.
- Grade homework and provide necessary teaching‑related services.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents, offering timely and personalized feedback.
- Work about 10 hours per week.
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Teaching, Education or Mathematics preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) is essential.
- Previous experience teaching or coaching middle school students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about the education industry; patient, empathetic, and motivational.
- Team player able to collaborate effectively with other teachers and staff.
- Base: $25/hr.
- Teaching fee: $30–40/hr + 15% target commission.
- Conversion bonus per semester.
- Opportunity to convert to full‑time exempt based on performance.
