Stratford School, part of Spring Education Group, is seeking a Lunch and After School Team member to supervise elementary students in indoor and outdoor activities, ensure a safe learning environment, and support daily campus operations in San Jose, CA.
You will monitor behavior during meals, plan arts and crafts, assist with homework, and collaborate with faculty. High school diploma or GED required; prior child-care experience preferred; strong communication and patience are essential.
