Salary Range: $48.00/hour to $67.00/hour

Responsibilities- Proficient in software applications including Bluebeam Revu, Excel, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Comprehensive knowledge of departmental processes, redlining protocols, document management, and CEI Installation Standards.
- Conduct thorough reviews of specifications and submittals using the Bluebeam Specification & Submittal Review Profile; document issues in the Issues Log.
- Assist the project management team with RFIs, including verbiage and supporting documents.
- Review the most current contract drawings and generate redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets following department protocols; document issues in the Issues Log.
- Distribute completed redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets and notify the project team of saved locations.
- Update the Redline Drawing log whenever redlines, details, prefab drawings, or assemblies are generated or revised.
- Populate the conduit schedule.
- If BIM is required, the detailer is responsible for the following:
- Assisting the team in completing the BIM Specification Sheet and Installation Drawing Checklist.
- Attending BIM coordination meetings as needed.
- Following up after redlines are distributed and addressing model constructability issues.
- Reviewing all installation drawings generated from the model.
- Enter weekly time into JDE and save timecards to a designated folder.
- Maintain clear communication with the project team; act as a mediator among engineering, project management, field operations, BIM, and Prefab departments when needed.
- Maintain document control by adhering to the department's folder structure and naming conventions.
- Ensure the latest CEI Installation Standards are followed and provide standardization resources as needed.
- Address bulletin updates and added scope, including:
- Obtaining project management approval for rework.
- Requesting new cost code if applicable.
- Updating the pre‑construction folder with current contract documents and archiving older ones.
- Updating the BIM Hub and Redline Drawing Log with added scope.
- Providing a ROM if requested.
- Updating redlines and other constructability deliverables affected.
- Coordinating with BIM when applicable.
- Electrical trade experience: 10+ years.
- 3+ years detailing electrical drawings with Bluebeam Revu.
- 2+ years experience with Navisworks Manage.
- Valid electrical license or certificate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
- Electrical trade expertise: ability to interpret drawings, comprehend specifications and submittals, apply constructability principles, solve problems, understand schedules, and implement CEI standards.
- Technical skills: proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Excel, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud; document management knowledge.
- Departmental knowledge: redlining protocols and CEI Installation Standards.
- Project management: review and populate constructability SOW checklists and Redline Drawing logs; develop pre‑construction estimates and schedules; manage issue logs.
- Effective communication and coordination with project management, field operations, BIM, and other departments; RFI assistance; BIM meeting attendance.
- Document control and compliance: follow folder structures and naming conventions; ensure adherence to CEI Installation Standards.
- Additional responsibilities: bulletin updates, weekly BIM Hub updates, time entries, and related tasks.
