You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, equipment vendors, and software engineers, to bring innovative automation solutions from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom mechanical components and systems for automated equipment and processes.
  • Develop detailed CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs for mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate on selecting and specifying automation components (motors, drives, PLCs, vision systems, etc.).
  • Participate in the full automation lifecycle—from concept, prototyping, and testing to deployment and maintenance.
  • Optimize existing automation systems to improve cycle time, reliability, and ergonomics.

  • Experience with industrial automation hardware (PLCs, HMIs, servos, sensors, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach to mechanical and system integration challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
