Challenge Yourself and Impact the Future! This position is a key role in optimizing our operations, ensuring statistical process control, improving yields, and driving cost efficiency.

• Daily monitoring of production for quality, cycle time, EHS compliance, and consistency with documented work practices.
• Monitor processes closely and oversee SPC related activities for critical processes.
• Determine root causes for out-of-control products as well as other product failures, and follow through with corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic statistical reports to customers and ensure the timely submission of such reports.
• Manage Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR) and ensure timely closeout, driving root‑cause, corrective action resolution, and minimizing repeat occurrences.
• Support QA on customer complaints related to batch manufacturing processes, including work on Corrective Action Requests (CAR).
• Write and modify Work Instructions for existing products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process equipment related problems.
• Collaborate with Maintenance/Production and follow proper Management of Change protocol on equipment repairs and process changes to ensure maximum process safety.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Production and oversee execution of equipment and instrumentation calibration program.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred) from a four‑year college or university.
• 3+ years related experience in a process engineering role.
• Exposure and training in Continuous Improvement Methodology, such as Green Belt Six Sigma.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

The typical base salary range for this position is between $78,906 and $118,358.
